Rotations keep the turns of people who left

When someone leaves a team, their past turns in a rotation now stay theirs. Before, taking a person off a team also took their past rotation days off the schedule, the fairness counts and the reports.

It works the same when you remove a team from a schedule or delete the team. Their coming turns open up as before, so you can pick who covers them.

The rotation editor also tells you when someone in the order left Slack. Next to their name it says "Left Slack", with a Take out button that removes them from the order. You see the change before you save it, like any other change to the order.
