The free tools give general information. The work hours calculator and the shift pattern pages state labor rules from the official texts they name, but they are not legal advice: your contract and your collective agreement can set other rules.
Public holidays come from Google Calendar's public holiday calendars. Regional holidays are left out, so check the official list for your region before you rely on a date.
