Extend your trial by 14 days from Billing

Hey there! You can now extend your free trial once, by 14 days, from Settings, Billing, without adding a card. Until today you had to write to us for that, and it happened a lot: teams often need more time than 14 days to get going.

We also changed how we tell you a trial is over. On its last day, your admins and managers get an email and a Slack message with the day TurnShift pauses, three days later, so there is time to add a card. TurnShift used to write it in your schedules' channel topic, in front of the whole team.
