Rotation turns can now last up to 8 days or weeks
A turn in a rotation can now last anything from 1 to 8 days or weeks. Until today the editor offered 1 day, 1 week or 2 weeks, so a team that hands over every 3 weeks had to set it up through the API. Pick Other under Turns last, then the number and days or weeks.
It's in a schedule's Settings > People, under Automatic assignments, and Coming up lists who takes which dates before you start. A day turn counts the days the schedule runs, so 3 days on a Monday to Friday schedule never ends on a Saturday.
One fix on the way: a rotation started with another length from the API or your AI assistant now opens with that length. Before, the editor showed it as 1 week, and saving any change made it 1 week for real. Sorry about that one.
Two smaller changes
- When someone you assign is also on another schedule that day, the warning now has a See it in the calendar link that opens that schedule on that day.
- In French or German, Export CSV on the Reports page now writes a file Excel opens in columns, with
;between cells and decimal commas (7,5 hours). Excel there read the old file as one long column.
