One message for schedules that share a Slack channel
Five schedules in one Slack channel used to mean five messages every morning. They now send one, together. Put your 7:00, 7:30 and 8:00 shifts in one channel and it gets a single list of who works today, 5 minutes before the first shift starts, with a warning next to any shift nobody is on yet.

A schedule joins that message when it starts while the day's first shift is still running. A night shift starting after the day ends keeps its own message, and so does a schedule in another time zone.
- Shifts from a shared message no longer post when they end: the next morning's message says who's on.
- The channel topic used to get cut at Slack's 250 characters, sometimes in the middle of a name. When your schedules don't fit anymore, it lists who works today instead, whole lines only, then "+3 more".
- A channel with one schedule works like before.
